I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is great for seeing elephants, and I found my room clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the staff interaction was less than pleasant, and there were some serious concerns about how the elephants are treated in the nearby area. The dining options were also pretty disappointing, leaving much to be desired. The hotel is good for a short stay focused on elephant viewing but wouldn't recommend staying longer due to the limited amenities.
